Missed calls
The call during a treatment
Lost: the front desk is with a patient, the caller books with the next practice.
Foreman: texts back within 60 seconds, offers real slots from the schedule, books the appointment, sends the reminder.
Practices
You already run a scheduler, a chart, reminders, memberships and a financing partner. Foreman sits in front of them and handles the conversations that fall through: the missed call, the no-show, the consult that never became a treatment. Appointment-only messaging, nothing clinical in a text.
What you run today
Foreman does not replace any of them. It reads the schedule, writes the booking, and handles the conversation around it.
Status per system is on the integrations page. Several practice systems sit behind a partner program; we apply when you sign.

Where practices lose money, and what Foreman does
Missed calls
Lost: the front desk is with a patient, the caller books with the next practice.
Foreman: texts back within 60 seconds, offers real slots from the schedule, books the appointment, sends the reminder.
No-shows
Lost: a reminder goes out the day before, the patient does not come, nobody follows up.
Foreman: confirms two days out, moves the slot if the patient asks, and rebooks the no-show the same day with a real opening.
Consult to treatment
Lost: the patient liked the plan, wanted to think, and never heard from you again.
Foreman: follows up day 1, day 3, day 7 in your voice, answers scheduling and price questions you allow, books the treatment.
Membership churn
Lost: a member has not visited in two months and cancels when the card is charged.
Foreman: notices the gap, reaches out with an opening, and tells you which members are quiet before renewal.
Dormant patients
Lost: hundreds of past patients who are due and have not been asked.
Foreman: runs recall and due-for-visit workflows off the schedule, handles the replies, books the visit. Appointment-only, no treatment names.
Financing drop-off
Lost: the patient wanted financing, took the brochure, and did not apply.
Foreman: sends the financing link with the consult follow-up and books the treatment when approval comes back. Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit need partner agreements and are on the roadmap; Affirm is available on request.
Compliance, honestly
Messages carry dates, times, locations and who to ask for. Nothing about the treatment, the diagnosis or the result. Foreman never reads the chart.
Texting goes only to patients who have consented or have an existing relationship with the practice. STOP honoured everywhere, consent recorded, numbers registered under 10DLC.
On the roadmap. We will not sign a BAA or claim HIPAA until the program exists and has been reviewed. Until then Foreman handles appointment logistics only.
Foreman does not claim HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance. If your practice needs a BAA before it can text patients, we are not ready for you yet, and we would rather say so.
A 20 minute call. We connect your calendar and phone line, you watch it answer a test lead.
